Acceptance
By using Threefold Cord you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Threefold Cord offers daily couples devotionals, themes, a first-aid kit and Board tools. The content is for spiritual edification and is not a substitute for professional, medical or legal counseling.
Couple account
The account links two profiles. You are responsible for the security of your access and the use of your profile.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, with auto-renewal unless canceled. Prices may vary by region. The free trial requires no card. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store where you purchased.
Gift plan
The Gift Plan is single-use and activated with a code. It is non-refundable once redeemed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to breach other users’ privacy.
Content and ownership
Devotional and pastoral content belongs to Threefold Cord or its authors. Content you create on the Board is yours; you grant us what is needed to show it to you in the app.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights your local law grants that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Nothing above limits non-waivable consumer protections granted by the law of your country of residence.
